About this role

Cybertexex is a global provider of automated KYC, watchlist screening, and behavior analytics solutions for digital businesses. We are hiring an Entry-Level Quality Control Operator to help maintain and improve the performance of our automated systems.

You will analyze and verify graphic and numerical data processed by our automated systems. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used for compliance and fraud detection, and identify and correct errors to improve system performance.

This is a fully remote role where you can work from anywhere in Ethiopia with a quiet home workspace and stable internet. You will join a supportive team with a clear onboarding process and flexible schedule with five shifts per week and floating weekdays off.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. There is a clear career path to grow into testing, development, customer support, or training roles, and performance-based bonuses are paid based on output, accuracy, and reliability.

Requirements

Fluent English and Amharic (written and verbal).
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
Confident PC user.
Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing quality.
Access to a quiet home workspace with a computer/laptop and headset, and stable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher).
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Analyze and verify graphic and numerical data processed by our automated systems.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used for compliance and fraud detection.
Identify and correct errors and contribute to improving system performance.
Review and validate alerts generated by automated screening systems to ensure accurate identification of potential risks.
Perform regular audits of processed data to maintain high quality standards.
Document findings and report errors or system anomalies to the operations team.
