As a Personal Assistant, you will support a founder by taking ownership of personal life admin and day-to-day administrative tasks.
This broad, hands-on role combines personal assistant support with general administrative and office coordination. You will manage scheduling, travel, logistics, and office operations to reduce context switching and create focus. The position requires high detail-orientation, proactivity, and comfort with minimal oversight.

Requirements
- Experience in a PA, EA, office management, workplace experience, or similar administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a highly organized and meticulous approach
- Strong judgment and resourcefulness across scheduling, logistics, coordination, and general admin
- Ability to operate with low touch support, taking ownership of tasks and driving them through to completion
- Highly detail-oriented, low-ego, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable operating across a wide range of tasks with minimal oversight
- Exercise sound judgment and use tools and automation to make recurring work more efficient
Responsibilities
- Manage personal life admin and scheduling support for a founder, including coordinating appointments, travel, and other logistics
- Handle general administrative follow-through across changing priorities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly
- Provide responsive support when time-sensitive issues arise, helping unblock urgent logistics
- Support office administration, including maintaining an organized workplace and coordinating practical needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes by bringing structure to recurring tasks and using agents or automation
- Apply strong judgment to details, costs, and coordination choices
- Plan and execute office events and team gatherings in partnership with the People Team
