Jencap is one of the largest wholesale insurance intermediaries in the United States with expertise in wholesale brokerage, binding authority, and program management. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting and operations, focusing on early careers hiring, candidate sourcing, and Greenhouse ATS/CRM support. This role offers hands-on recruiting experience while building technical skills in a growing team.

Proactively source candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools for early careers and underwriting support roles. Partner with hiring managers and TA team members throughout the recruiting process, managing communications and supporting offers. Contribute to campus recruiting, early talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Support day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS/CRM, including job postings, updates, reporting, and configuration. Run recruiting reports, troubleshoot issues, assist onboarding new users, and coordinate between Greenhouse and HRIS (ADP). The TA team partners closely with the business to hire great talent and promote Jencap as an emerging leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination
  • ATS and/or CRM experience required. Greenhouse experience a plus
  • Interest in early careers recruiting and sourcing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a desire to deliver a high level of service
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and reports
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
