Build infrastructure beyond pipelines for Machine Learning, LLMs, and Agents to lead the Gen-AI revolution in fintech. Use Airflow on Cloud Composer, full GCP suite, DLT for ingestion, dbt with DuckDB for data contracts, and Dockerized CI/CD in Github Actions.
Work as a problem solver and tech enthusiast, not a Jira ticket closer, understanding the why and for what behind the data. Propose high-value projects that move the needle for the business. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a global team fluent in English.

Requirements
- Deep command of Python and SQL with +5 years of experience
- Thrive on unexpected daily challenges, delivering smart technical solutions at speed
- Proactive and business-curious, understanding the impact of code on the bottom line
- Fluent in English for global team collaboration
- Experience with Airflow, GCP, DLT, dbt, DuckDB, and Docker
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and evolve ELT/ETL pipelines from diverse sources including APIs, transactional DBs, and file-based endpoints
- Contribute to building infrastructure for ML models and LLM-powered Agents
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and lead improvements
- Apply top-tier software practices including SDLC, RFCs, and unit testing for scalability
- Leverage Airflow, GCP, DLT, dbt, DuckDB, and Docker to maintain robust AI-ready systems
- Propose high-value projects that understand the why and for what behind the data
