About this role

We are seeking a versatile specialist to balance hands-on field operations with technical support duties. This dual-function role splits time approximately half on-site for installations and repairs, and half at a computer providing technical guidance for the back-office team. You will serve as a bridge between physical equipment in the field and internal data systems.

Full training on specific meter systems is provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and time management between work environments. Field operations involve installing and configuring submeters in multifamily and retail settings, plus routine inspections and repairs on water, gas, and electric submeters. Technical support includes acting as a resource for other technicians and explaining issues to clients and leadership.
