About this role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MDG Consultant to design, implement, and support master data governance solutions. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant master data across the enterprise. It supports business processes and analytics.

Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for domains such as Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), Material Master, and Finance (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers). Configure data models, UI, workflows, and business rules in MDG. Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data processes and approval workflows. Integrate MDG with SAP S/4HANA and other systems. Support data replication using DRF (Data Replication Framework).

Perform data migration and data cleansing activities. Support testing (SIT, UAT) and resolve defects. Provide end-user training and documentation while monitoring and troubleshooting data governance processes.

Requirements

5+ years of SAP experience with hands-on MDG implementation
Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture and frameworks
Strong knowledge of master data domains (BP, Material, Finance)
Experience with data modeling in MDG
Experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)
Experience with DRF (Data Replication Framework)
Experience with workflow configuration
Understanding of S/4HANA data models and business processes

Responsibilities

Benefits

Salary range of $120,000 - $140,000
Eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results
Open to remote candidates based in the United States who can work on Eastern Time
