As a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in reviewing contracts for property transactions. Our dedicated admin team handles the initial review, and your expertise ensures accuracy and the addition of appropriate special conditions.
You'll work from home with flexible hours outside traditional business hours, allowing you to balance personal commitments while earning extra income. The role is ideal for experienced legal professionals who want to contribute their expertise without sacrificing family time.

Requirements
- At least 12 months of experience in conveyancing with a genuine interest in property law
- Admitted to the Supreme Court or hold a valid Australian Practising Certificate or Conveyancing License
- Interest in learning different jurisdictions over time
- Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing exceptional client service
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced dynamic workplace where team collaboration comes first
- Experience or interest in being trained to manage files across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to support the full residential conveyancing journey including contract reviews, drafting, transfer matters, and off-the-plan reviews
Responsibilities
- Review contracts related to property transactions to ensure accuracy and add appropriate special conditions
- Provide support across the full residential conveyancing journey including contract reviews, contract drafting, transfer matters, and off-the-plan reviews
- Conduct negotiations with various stakeholders, liaise with authorities, and assist in signing off on settlements
- Manage files across multiple jurisdictions, with training provided for new jurisdictions
- Go above and beyond in providing exceptional service to clients throughout the buying and selling journey
- Collaborate with the admin team who handle initial contract reviews before your expert review
- Share ideas with colleagues to improve processes and client service
