Assist all units in managing transport, customs, and logistics through ServiceNow ticket handling. Ensure rigorous data accuracy in TMS, ServiceNow, and other IT systems. Follow up with carriers to respect delivery and pickup dates while maintaining document compliance.

Organize activities to efficiently meet service needs and apply logistics procedures to achieve business objectives. Facilitate communication between the service and business partners. Select carriers for special or exceptional transports based on unit-provided dates.

Requirements

  • Available from September 8 to December 18, 2026, for full-time (40 hours/week) internship in university or college program in operations and logistics management, transport, customs, or industrial engineering
  • Proficient in French and English to communicate with units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the US
  • Demonstrated strong interest in transport and logistics with relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge an asset
  • Distinguished by meticulousness and ability to follow established procedures

Responsibilities

  • Assist all units in managing transport, customs, and logistics, notably through ServiceNow ticket management
  • Ensure rigorous accuracy of data in TMS, ServiceNow, and other IT systems
  • Follow up with carriers to ensure respect of delivery and pickup dates
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents and data related to logistics and transport
  • Organize activities to efficiently and effectively meet service needs
  • Apply practices and procedures related to logistics and transport to achieve business objectives
  • Facilitate communication between the service and business partners
  • Select carriers for special or exceptional transports based on dates provided by units
