About this role

Under the direction of the VP of Information Technology, the Technology Transformation Manager leads LC Plus’s digital transformation efforts. The role aligns technology with organizational strategy to deliver measurable client outcomes and supports growth as a Managed Service Provider.

This position oversees modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. It leads teams across digital platforms and business systems automation while driving project management rigor, vendor coordination, governance, and client enablement.

The manager partners with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives. Accountable for delivery outcomes, the role ensures initiatives progress in a structured, timely manner primarily through team leadership with occasional hands-on support.

Operating within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, the position requires strong ownership and adaptability. The role focuses on scalable impact while embedding customer service excellence and cybersecurity across all activities.

Requirements

  • Recognized project management discipline (ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, PMI-aligned)
  • Experience coordinating IT governance and audit support activities
  • Ability to evaluate emerging platforms with a balanced lens
  • Current technology intelligence on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot
  • Strong ownership and adaptability in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead LC Plus’s innovation and digital transformation practice, connecting technology to organizational strategic needs.
  • Operate as the accountable owner for outcomes across the team’s practice areas, setting priorities and coaching performance.
  • Drive operational delivery of strategic transformation engagements while partnering with executive sponsors.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation engagements and ensure governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Apply recognized project management discipline to ensure structured, timely, and outcome-oriented delivery.
  • Translate executive direction and client business problems into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Assess solution options including build versus buy considerations and present clear recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Stay ahead of emerging modern workplace technologies to inform strategic direction and guide client adoption decisions.
