About this role

This is a remote part-time position where you will support training initiatives and contribute to the professional development of the engineering team. MTC seeks a dedicated Learning and Development Executive Consultant with passion for engineering. The role offers flexibility in a dynamic engineering environment.

You will implement e-learning methods, create course and workshop templates, and analyze organizational development needs. Daily tasks include arranging meetings for training ideas and working closely with managers, mentors, and HR. You will also evaluate new techniques and assess development plan success.

Collaborate with senior engineers and trainers to develop engaging materials and workshops. Coordinate training sessions, provide administrative support like tracking attendance, and respond to staff inquiries. The team environment involves close interaction with engineering staff and leadership.

Stay up-to-date with industry learning and development trends to enhance training programs. Help mentors through career pathing and make the most of learning opportunities for employees. This role provides exposure to engineering training and L&D practices.

Requirements

  • Brief summary knowledge about Learning management system
  • Good understanding of L&D tactics
  • Ability to attend face-to-face meetings with clients when necessary
  • Rapport building with employees and vendors
  • Ability to fix goals to achieve targets easily
  • Passion for engineering
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs

Responsibilities

  • Implement various methods for e-learning and online training in our platform
  • Create new course templates and workshop templates in our platform
  • Analyze and evaluate organizational and individual development needs
  • Arrange and attend meetings and discussions for training ideas
  • Work closely with managers, mentors, and HR for better development
  • Figure out new techniques, execute them, and examine results
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees with learning opportunities
  • Assist in development and delivery of engineering training programs
