The HR Coordinator I delivers administrative support and services to the Human Resources Department. This full-time remote role focuses on Operations with hourly pay from $20.5 to $21.5.
The role involves assisting with Individual Provider employment eligibility, supporting HR reporting via HRIS and Excel for metrics, and handling employee onboarding both locally and remotely. Daily tasks include processing internal and external HR inquiries, facilitating IP investigation requests through the HAD/AEN Line, and managing unemployment insurance claims.

Requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems for reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for HR metrics
- Knowledge of Individual Provider employment eligibility processes
- Experience handling employee onboarding locally and remotely
- Ability to manage confidential employee records
- Familiarity with unemployment insurance claims processing
- Understanding of HR compliance in new hire and termination processes
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
