Requirements

  • Expertise in Swift and modern iOS frameworks like SwiftUI and UIKit
  • Experience leading iOS engineering teams or projects
  • Strong knowledge of mobile privacy standards and health data regulations
  • Proficiency in iOS performance optimization and debugging
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS development
  • Track record of shipping high-quality apps to the App Store
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a product-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of iOS features for Flo's health and fitness app
  • Architect scalable, privacy-first iOS applications
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior iOS engineers
  • Optimize app performance and ensure App Store compliance
  • Integrate AI-powered functionalities into the iOS platform
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on user-facing features
  • Maintain high code quality and implement best practices for health data handling
