Requirements

Expertise in Swift and modern iOS frameworks like SwiftUI and UIKit
Experience leading iOS engineering teams or projects
Strong knowledge of mobile privacy standards and health data regulations
Proficiency in iOS performance optimization and debugging
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS development
Track record of shipping high-quality apps to the App Store
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a product-driven environment

Responsibilities

Lead development of iOS features for Flo's health and fitness app
Architect scalable, privacy-first iOS applications
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior iOS engineers
Optimize app performance and ensure App Store compliance
Integrate AI-powered functionalities into the iOS platform
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on user-facing features
Maintain high code quality and implement best practices for health data handling
