About this role
Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across industries to ensure products are safe, authentic, and accurately labeled. The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, the primary Laboratory Information Management System for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide.
The role acts as the voice of business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include defining product vision, translating strategy into roadmaps, and owning success metrics like value, adoption, and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT roles including architects, developers, deployment managers, operations engineers, and quality managers. Serve as the single point of contact, facilitating decisions and communicating priorities transparently to align with Eurofins strategy.
Manage product backlog, prioritize epics and features, support delivery increments, and drive lifecycle from ideation to retirement. Identify improvements from usage data and feedback to optimize value, cost, and user experience continuously.
Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end IT product lifecycles
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Understanding of clinical diagnostics business and regulations
- Proficiency in product strategy, roadmapping, and backlog management
- Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance
- Familiarity with agile delivery processes and sprint planning
- Skills in stakeholder alignment and decision facilitation
Responsibilities
