The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, the main LIMS for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide. This role acts as the voice of business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency. It translates strategy into roadmap and ensures alignment with enterprise needs.

Daily work involves defining product vision, managing backlog, prioritizing epics and features based on value, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT roles like architects, developers, and operations engineers. The Product Manager facilitates decisions, communicates priorities, and supports delivery through sprint planning and reviews. Validation with users ensures solutions meet expectations.

Collaboration spans business, IT, and partners for sustainable operations and measurable value. Responsibilities cover full lifecycle from ideation to retirement, driving continuous improvement via data, feedback, and incidents. Opportunities include optimizing value, cost, user experience in a global clinical diagnostics context.

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle in IT
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • Understanding of clinical diagnostics business workflows
  • Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in agile practices including backlog management and sprint support
  • Skills in stakeholder alignment and transparent communication of roadmaps

  • Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap
  • Own and maintain the product backlog
  • Define and prioritize epics, features, and requirements based on value
  • Work closely with delivery teams to plan and deliver increments
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards
  • Manage the product across its full lifecycle from ideation to retirement
  • Drive continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience
