Reporting to the Head of Healthcare HR North America, provide operational support to improve business performance and reinforce collaborative culture. Track focus areas and success metrics, own day-to-day project delivery, and drive operational process excellence. Act as the voice and face of the department.
Advance effectiveness through executive-level support, consistent administrative processes, and oversight of communication platforms for aligned messaging. Strengthen culture via team meetings, onboarding, and recognition programs. Serve as trusted advisor to keep Healthcare HR aligned.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience providing executive-level support in HR or corporate environment
- Proficiency in managing confidential materials and high-profile projects
- Skills in project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Ability to analyze and report on people data and workforce insights
- Expertise in developing strategic roadmaps and integrated calendars
- Knowledge of leveraging technology for workflow standardization and process improvement
- Familiarity with coordinating onboarding, events, and recognition programs in healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Healthcare HR North America to set priorities, define success metrics, and improve performance
- Support high-profile, cross-functional projects; convene stakeholders to drive decisions and delivery; handle confidential materials
- Provide project management support for the team ensuring timely and impactful execution and alignment
- Support people data analytics by collecting, analyzing, and reporting workforce insights to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic roadmap and timelines aligned with business goals
- Anticipate deadlines and create integrated HR timeline/calendar for clarity of responsibility and deliverables
- Leverage technology to standardize workflows, streamline processes, and maintain audit readiness
- Coordinate team meetings, onboarding, recognition programs, and large meetings/events for US Commercial and President's office
