Togetherwork is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, client-facing software implementation projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management discipline, and exceptional communication skills. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to deliver high-quality implementations meeting functional, financial, and timeline objectives.

Serve as the primary project lead for external client-facing software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and product teams. Oversee integration dependencies, data migration planning, and technical delivery milestones for testing and go-live.

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, resource scheduling, risk management, execution, change control, and closure. Leverage AI-enabled tools to support planning, risk identification, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to knowledge sharing, and champion exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
8–12 years of project management experience, with a focus on external, client-facing technical projects
Strong technical background, including familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office Suite)
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or CRM implementations, including integrations, data migration, and custom development
Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budgets, billable hours, and change orders

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary project lead for external client-facing software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

Oversee integration dependencies, data migration planning, and technical delivery milestones to ensure readiness for testing and go-live
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, resource scheduling, risk management, execution, change control, and closure
Actively engage with clients to understand business processes and recommend optimizations based on industry best practices
Ensure clear communication across technical teams, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Monitor and report on project status, risks, issues, and financials to leadership and clients
Leverage AI-enabled tools to support planning, risk identification, and documentation while driving continuous improvement
