Freelance IT Product Manager - LIMS Clinical Diagnostics

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across industries to ensure products are safe, authentic, and accurately labeled. The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product 'eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe', the main Laboratory Information Management System for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide. This role represents the voice of the business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Define and maintain product vision, objectives, value proposition, and a clear roadmap aligned with business strategy, enterprise architecture, security, and compliance. Own product success metrics including value, adoption, satisfaction, and cost. Act as single point of contact, collecting and prioritizing business needs and user feedback.

Own and maintain the product backlog, defining and prioritizing epics, features, and requirements based on value while ensuring clarity and testability. Work closely with business stakeholders and IT roles such as architects, developers, deployment managers, operations engineers, and quality managers. Facilitate decision-making and communicate roadmap transparently.

Collaborate with delivery teams to plan sprints, deliver increments, and validate outcomes against business expectations and quality standards. Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement based on usage data and feedback. Drive optimization of value, cost, and user experience.
