Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across industries to ensure product safety, authenticity, and accurate labeling. The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of 'eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe', the primary Laboratory Information Management System for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide. This role acts as the voice of business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Define and maintain product vision, objectives, value proposition, and a clear roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance. Own product success metrics including value, adoption, satisfaction, and cost. Serve as the single point of contact, collecting and prioritizing business needs and user feedback.

Work closely with business stakeholders and IT roles such as architects, developers, deployment managers, operations engineers, and quality managers. Facilitate decision-making, communicate roadmap and trade-offs transparently, and manage the product backlog with epics, features, and requirements. Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and balanced across functional, non-functional, regulatory, and operational needs.

Collaborate with delivery teams for sprint planning, reviews, demos, and increment delivery meeting business expectations. Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement based on usage data and feedback. Drive optimization of value, cost, and user experience while supporting financial and vendor aspects.

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end IT product lifecycles in clinical diagnostics
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • Familiarity with clinical diagnostics business processes and user needs
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies including backlog management and sprint support
  • Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory needs, and cost
  • Experience collaborating with IT architects, developers, operations, and business stakeholders
