IT Product Manager - LIMS Clinical Diagnostics

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to make life and our environment safer, healthier, and more sustainable. The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, the main Laboratory Information Management System for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide. This role represents the voice of the business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and value proposition while translating business strategy into a clear product roadmap. Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing epics, features, and requirements based on value. Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and understood by delivery teams, balancing functional, non-functional, regulatory, and operational needs.

Work closely with business stakeholders and IT roles including Architects, Developers, Deployment Manager, Operations Engineer, and Quality Manager. Act as the single point of contact for the product, collecting and prioritizing business needs and user feedback. Facilitate decision-making between business, IT, and external partners, communicating roadmap and trade-offs transparently.

Manage the product across its full lifecycle from ideation to retirement, collaborating with support and operations for stable run. Identify improvement opportunities based on usage data, incidents, and feedback to drive continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and Eurofins strategy for measurable value delivery.
