About this role
Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to ensure products are safe, authentic, and accurately labeled. The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, the main Laboratory Information Management System for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide.
The role acts as the voice of the business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, vision, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT roles such as architects, developers, deployment managers, operations engineers, and quality managers. Maintain the product backlog, prioritize epics, features, and requirements based on business value, and facilitate decision-making.
Support delivery execution through sprint planning, reviews, and demos, validating outcomes with stakeholders. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, driving continuous improvement based on usage data, incidents, and feedback for optimized value and user experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end IT product lifecycles in clinical diagnostics
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Understanding of clinical diagnostics regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in product backlog management and prioritization
- Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and cost efficiency
- Familiarity with agile delivery processes and sprint planning
- Experience aligning products with enterprise architecture and security
