About this role

We are seeking a Conversions Specialist to join Lakeshore Learning Materials. In this role, you will support the successful execution and continued growth of conversion requests that adapt existing educational products into customized solutions for customers. The position ensures accuracy, efficiency, cross-team collaboration, strong product knowledge, and opportunities to improve offerings and processes.

A day on the job involves reviewing and processing incoming conversion requests for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines. You will partner with colleagues across teams to support Lakeshore’s overall strategy for product conversions. Additionally, develop working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings and competitors while collecting data to identify trends and gaps.

Requirements

Familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Reader; comfortable learning and using new technologies
Classroom experience or exposure to curriculum development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service–oriented mindset and approach to work
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify practical solutions

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming conversion requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines
Partner with colleagues across teams to support and grow Lakeshore’s overall strategy for product conversions
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings and relevant industry competitors to support customer needs
Collect and analyze data across conversion requests to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving products and solutions
Adapt existing educational products into customized solutions for customers
Ensure cross-team collaboration for efficient execution of conversion requests
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and product offerings
