Requirements

8+ years of experience
Experience managing fleet management platforms for devices
Background in payments terminal or point-of-sale ecosystems
Proven product strategy and roadmap development for scalable platforms
Expertise in partner requirements management and relationship building
Strong understanding of operational requirements for device fleets
Ability to translate complex partner needs into actionable product plans
Knowledge of platform reliability, SLAs, and diagnostic tools

Responsibilities

Define and complete the long-term vision and quarterly roadmap for the Fleet Management Platform, balancing partner needs, operational requirements, and technical debt
Own end-to-end product management including features, user experience, performance, reliability, and scalability
Build intuitive interfaces for internal operations teams, partner support personnel, and technical administrators managing device fleets at scale
Ensure platform uptime, performance SLAs, and robust error handling to support mission-critical device management operations
Build comprehensive diagnostic and troubleshooting tools enabling rapid identification and resolution of device, connectivity, and software issues
Act as the chief product liaison for Banking/ISV partners concerning device-adjacent product requirements
Lead requirements intake and discovery process for partner initiatives, understanding business context, technical constraints, and success criteria
Convert partner business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
