Remote Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems

We work closely with customers to design, build, and operate systems that create real business impact. This role is for a customer-facing, process-oriented Business Analyst curious about software.

You will understand business processes, user workflows, and pain points through direct customer interaction. Translate real-world needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with architects and developers to shape solution options.

Support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness in a collaborative environment. Create clear documentation that engineering teams can execute against. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and validation.
