The Quality Assurance Lead ensures risks in virtual healthcare settings are effectively managed by reviewing products, practices, and data for compliance. This role maintains and enhances product quality and safety.

Coordinate implementation and monitoring of product quality assurance measures, performing regular data reviews to identify trends and improvement areas. Monitor interactions across channels for adherence to standards and review patient satisfaction feedback to spot risks. Assist the Product Team with real-time compliance feedback to senior management.

Collaborate with teams to establish quality benchmarks and develop understanding of regulatory requirements for Montu products. Implement risk mitigation strategies and assist with product legal matters. Work closely with the Compliance Team on cyclical audits, dashboards of KRIs and KPIs, and reporting for management and regulators.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in health or health sciences or related discipline highly regarded
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product quality assurance and risk in highly regulated clinical, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
  • Experience implementing quality assurance frameworks in healthcare or telehealth context
  • Previous experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and consultation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of product quality assurance and compliance measures
  • Perform regular reviews of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for quality improvement
  • Monitor interactions across various channels to ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
  • Review patient satisfaction and experience feedback to identify risks and concerns
  • Assist the Product Team in providing real-time feedback on compliance performance to senior management
  • Develop and maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and risks associated with Montu products
  • Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Perform cyclical audits and prepare dashboards of KRIs and KPIs with the Compliance Team
