We seek a Business Analyst for the Shipping Operations team to support monthly subscription execution and logistics functions. Complete analyses to plan, review, and improve distribution while enhancing member experience.

Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and forecasting models to optimize monthly subscriptions distribution programs. Coordinate with warehouses and distribution partners to ensure service-level consistency across programs. Develop and implement processes to support scalability and identify operational weaknesses to drive innovation.

This highly visible, collaborative role works closely with warehouse partners and internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations. Reports to the Director of Shipping & International Operations. Enhance fulfillment strategy execution across facilities and develop internal review and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience performing analysis, ideally at an e-commerce, subscription, retail, or logistics company
  • Experience building reporting and forecasting models for operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse and distribution partner coordination
  • Ability to conduct analyses for subscription fulfillment and logistics
  • Skills in identifying operational improvements and supporting scalability
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product and Marketing

Responsibilities
