ISO 9001 certified processes ensure continual improvement and high customer satisfaction. This hybrid Senior Business Analyst role supports FBI efforts with coordination across agencies.

The role involves tremendous communication between federal, state, and local law enforcement, trusted private/public partners, and 56 national field offices. Analysts identify project scopes, objectives, and performance measures through research and fact-finding. They integrate business solutions while evaluating current processes.

Serving as an analytical resource on engagement teams, professionals analyze data, perform financial and data modeling, and prepare client documentation. Accountability covers process deliverables and business presentations. Daily tasks include developing reports and data analysis amid competing priorities.

Work in a collaborative environment bridging headquarters divisions and field offices. Strong focus on customer requirements enhances support for law enforcement initiatives. Opportunities arise in federal contracting with emphasis on logistical and purchasing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree a plus
Minimum of four (4) years of total experience comprised of at least 2 years of general experience and 2 years of specific industry experience
FBI experience required
Two (2) years of experience with logistical or purchasing activities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in development and completion of assigned tasks
Demonstration of excellent customer support and experience working with competing priorities

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to identify scope and objectives of project engagements and remain focused on performance measures and indicators
Serve as analytical resource on engagement team to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
Analyze and document data, conduct extensive research, integrate business solutions, perform financial and data modeling, evaluate current processes, and prepare documentation for client
Maintain accountability for process deliverables and business presentations to client
Develop reports and data analysis
