Requirements

  • Experience in clinical trial project management within a CRO
  • Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area and related operations
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in global clinical trials
  • Strong client-focused approach with operational rigor
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex clinical data and making business decisions
  • Background in coordinating technical, financial, and operational project aspects
  • Familiarity with therapeutic expertise integration in trial management

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities
  • Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of oncology projects to secure successful completion
  • Work with functional area leads to identify and evaluate issues, interpret data on complex issues, and make business decisions
  • Ensure solutions are implemented and project deliverables meet customer’s time/quality/cost expectations
  • Collaborate with scientific and therapeutic leadership across project teams
  • Provide flexible, innovative, and proactive solutions for oncology trials
  • Guide project teams with a client-focused approach emphasizing quality
