The Senior Omnichannel Operations Strategies develops and executes strategies enhancing customer and colleague experiences across stores and digital channels. It drives operational excellence by simplifying processes and boosting sales while reducing store team complexity.

This role identifies strategies for evolving store operations, including workload execution, fulfillment processes, and omni order management for seamless customer experiences. Partners with store leadership to address pain points, implementing simplifications, improvements, and technology enhancements. Serves as business owner for initiatives improving fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and inventory integrity.

Collaborates closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams in Store Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital, Finance, Technology, and Corporate Communications. Influences enterprise strategy, ensures in-store execution, and defines technology requirements. Conducts regular store visits to observe execution and identify improvement opportunities in workload, RFID, and fulfillment.

Applies analytical skills to translate data into insights using Excel and Power BI. Leads RFID process improvements partnering with stakeholders for inventory accuracy. Fosters an environment of acceptance, respect, and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute omni-channel operational strategies enhancing customer and colleague experiences across stores and digital channels while driving sales and profitability
  • Proven capability to identify operational pain points and implement process simplification and execution improvements that reduce complexity
  • Experience partnering with store leadership and cross-functional corporate teams including Store Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital, Finance, Technology
  • Ability to influence enterprise strategy and ensure successful in-store execution of operational improvements
  • Knowledge of RFID processes for inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and pickup execution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience conducting store visits to validate processes and identify improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategies and best practices to evolve store operational requirements, including workload execution, store fulfillment processes, and omni order management
  • Partner with store leadership to identify customer and colleague pain points and implement process simplification, operational improvements, and technology enhancements
  • Serve as the business owner for initiatives that improve fulfillment speed, order accuracy, inventory integrity, and overall service levels
  • Lead RFID-related process improvements by partnering with key stakeholders to enhance inventory accuracy and strengthen fulfillment and pickup execution
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement strategic enhancements improving customer experience, store fulfillment, and process efficiency
  • Conduct regular store visits to observe execution, validate processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities across workload management, RFID, and store fulfillment
  • Apply strong analytical skills to translate operational data into actionable insights using Excel and Power BI
